And salary credit no problem but TA amount not proper website issue many times It would be nice if all the information was visible in one app It would be great if you could show how many sites we completed each day, week, month, etc. and travel km and TA amount

Career growth is too less, scope for leaning is also low and nothing like a professional company work environment.I felt that company environment is also like another NTR complex center which is located in Vijayawada

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

zero job security, have to work on fields which is far away from you home. in this company 100 k.m i very common the managers thinks 100 k.m as 10 k.m , worst management, no proper travel allowances, salery dont credit on time , have to work in other states also

I learnt a lot of skills and worked on various technologies. Work culture is very good everyone is very friendly. Resources are also very good. There is also a coffee machine. I never saw them fire anyone or letting someone go.

Dislikes

The first thing anyone would think in software job is Saturday offs but there is no such thing and you may be called to work for sometime on sunday. There are no appraisal discussions till now and i have never been asked how much i want. Sometimes toxicity arises when your fellow colleague is given a rise and starts ordering you around. We always need to stay positive. There are no shares for salaried employees. The company has hired a lot of people with no skills and on recommendation which is about 70% of them.
