they provide you the WFH and culture which is great opportunity but they are also very helpful to provide in term of training

no increment to salary past two years very bad situation many employees left the organization

nothing much to like here. we work and they gain. ites employes wont even get the half pay what others consultancies pay to their employees

Mr. Kumaran and his policies no discussion on hike and promotion details in the appraisal meetings they will ask a 100 questions if u r late for a min or for a leave, also cut the salary, but nothing happens when u have to work for extended hours. please dont join ITTI under Kumaran. apart from him the company is kind of ok.

I am working in this organisation since 2018. I feel management encourage employees to take on different responsibility outside their daily task. They push the employees via motivation to create challenging stretch goal that is good learning.

Dislikes

Management is not focusing on any skill development.
