The management team is waste, basically there is no management team. there are bunch of freshers who doesnt know how to speak and then there is this founder and director who doesnt respect their employees. He speaks nicely when you are requied to join the company or you are at client place. They will speak very rude when your engagement with client is over.

There is no job security, no career growth, Everything in this company depends on how you are good with the founder and CEO, Everything in this company is planned by him. There are no projects inhouse. They will speak very nicely while deploying to customer. They dont have basic etiquettes.

No formal policies available for the company. HR makes their own rules everytime. They would require u to sign an offer letter where u have to serve them for 18 months. Had a really bad experience working there.
