HR head sound like a snake. She's basically running the place like her own kingdom, surrounding herself with Bootlickers who bow down to her every five minutes. the fact that she slowly wiped out the entire team just to fill it with her own relatives is straight up dirty politics. She is clearly a master at planning and plotting, so one wrong move and you're probably next on chopping block.

Too much of Japanese involvement in senior management, nature of abusing employees by japanese bosses.
