The company is shared a mail to us for temporary Termination, only provide March's month salary including our yearly paid levels & all balance levels will detuned (my balance leaves almost 20 wehter company paid only 7). When we are called to HR no Response.

No growth, management is very poor, no answer for any issue related to employee

No pay for shift extension although working for double shift or more than that, skillset of technicians is very average or poor, no job security at all please think twice or thrice before joining this company your job is in danger, increment process is worst among all the big industries it takes 6-8 months delay for increment. Employees plan to leave job early due to not getting paid as per their skillset. If I ever get chance to work with them shall never join over there again.
