You will not get timely salary if you complaint for salary u will be victim of politics and job loss. No holidays on diwali or summer time. Registrar office work is imposed on staff. Provost Anil Bisen forces staff to do registrar office work and if you deny you face job loss or political harassment Teaching Staff are overburden with tasks like mentorship, preparing registrar office documents, administrative work, with more than 25 hours of teaching work per week. Key people involved in politics are Anil Bisen, Bital Patel, Prerana, Pooja Shukla, and Dhrumil Shah old staff. Their actions have damaged the reputation of ITM Vocational University, making it a difficult place for good faculty to work. Politics is deeply entrenched in every aspect of the institution, making life miserable for many employees. The staff turnover rate is very high due to the political interference. I strongly advise new applicants to think at least 100 times before applying for a position here. There is no support from HR, as Jagdish, the HR representative, always sides with the Provost’s decisions out of fear of losing his own job.

HR gives you several promises before joining but once you join they start showing their true colours. Higher authorities prefer persons with no knowledge so that their inefficiency should not be revealed

Salary delay, job insecurity, remote location, no communication, poor infrastructure, no accommodation, higher authorities often misbehaves, very unorganized, toxic work environment, no independence decision.
