they never provide salary on time, 3month to 4 month delay ,no Saturday off, actually ISA training academy management is worst ,you will not get quality people there

It was pathetic experience working with itm. They never pay salary on time. Salary is always late, 2-3 months.and senior management are so unprofessional they never relive any of their employees due to that full and final payment never comes in the picture. They always keep the full and final payment with them. Last but not the least they never deposit the provident funds on your behalf..thanks

Toxic Culture by HoD of most of the dept. in the Panvel Campus Delay salary if your salary is more than 30k you will get 4 months delay salary sudden . Since 4 month staff not get their salary , COO said they will release in next month by 15 Appraisal promotion is worst 3% increments that too 5 month late Worst HR system in the world in ITM no support from HR every time HR harassed for Dress , Tea time and useless thing . Top Management not aware the harassment level you can not take your own leave

I joined ITM Group in January 2022 as a Social Media Executive and left in 2024 as a Senior Executive. The organization offered a good platform for growth, with a structured leave policy, including 36 leaves per year, holidays, and seasonal leaves, along with alternate Saturdays off, contributing to a healthy work-life balance.

Dislikes

While salary increments weren't significant, I was able to manage and secure a good hike. One drawback I experienced was the management changes, which resulted in a shift of power away from us, limiting our ability to make decisions based on our expertise. This approach sometimes led to performance issues, as we were directed to follow orders that weren’t always aligned with the best practices in our field. However, our manager and director were very helpful and kept supporting us to navigate through this scenario.

All the people know how digital works They have tested all the methods in their book It is purely performance based as they are surviving on it Staff and seniors are friendly

HRs are not at helpful Office is old & looks out of date They will say you work for an important position but crib to give you appraisals and good package It is suffering as all the other education industry companies
