...games by Senior Manager /HOD / Directors which leads fire to innocent employee . Delayed salary is the hallmark tradition of ITM . No LTA even after commitment no productivity and new ideas , no one discuss and curious to work on innovative ideas synchronize by technologies , very old tool technique they are using .

Worst management I have ever work with. Salary always delayed, Till date 4-5 months salary pending No salary hike, only designation hike. HOD's has no ground work knowledge, they live in their own dream world. No bonus, no Diwali gifts, no team outings, nothing for employee welfare. Funny part is ITM work in hire and train model for BFSI sector, and the training is given by non banking professionals. When you sit for Interview for other companies, most of the companies don't know what ITM Skilled Academy is, and most of the companies with not entertain you.

I've been an executive in human resources at this institute for an year, so far my job experience has been decent. Each employee has access to a workspace and a cabin. All systems have been properly upgraded to improve work flow.
