Iti there is a lot of politics and company management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Work Culture of ITI is worst. Salary will be delayed by more than 3 months. People focus on politics rather than work. Worst management you can find in any company they are also interested in playing politics rather than work. HR will create new company rules whenever they want and will create problem for you on each stage, they will create main problem when you are leaving the company, same happened with me they created new policies during resignation and didn't allow my smooth depaprture procedure. Go for any another company rather than this company.

All the things and working environment and provide opportunity to be become as project head. Learning lots of things here. Manufacturing units, marketing divisons and turnkey Projects which giving best experience.

There is salary is less from other PSU but except all things is best.

company gave a good response towards covid-19 and took so many safety mushers to control covid-19.

I face only problem is that the management haven't paid casuals April-20 month salary which was really very burden to manage family, if company considers and give the salary that will be very helpful to everyone .
