...agement is transparent. There isa huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

company gave a good response towards covid-19 and took so many safety mushers to control covid-19.

I face only problem is that the management haven't paid casuals April-20 month salary which was really very burden to manage family, if company considers and give the salary that will be very helpful to everyone .

All programme and progress depends on govt.for carrier point of view permanent job shall be rare as govt wants to reduce manpower to around 2500 only. For manpower required can be hired on contact basis.

Salary based on 5th pay commission. No revision for 6th pay commission also 7th pay commission not sure being loss Making psu.management do not reward hard working personnel .

Overall is Ok but salary is always delayed by 2-3 month on an average & working on the 1997 pay-scale Company are working on Tally ERP they don't have own SAP Working environment is very good All the staff are supportive Office working hours Fix 9:30 to 5;30

Work Culture of ITI is worst. Salary will be delayed by more than 3 months. People focus on politics rather than work. Worst management you can find in any company they are also interested in playing politics rather than work. HR will create new company rules whenever they want and will create problem for you on each stage, they will create main problem when you are leaving the company, same happened with me they created new policies during resignation and didn't allow my smooth depaprture procedure. Go for any another company rather than this company.
