No proper compensation.like they ask to work for 16-18 hours and clock only 8 hours a day in the timesheet.because of this we cannot ask for allowences and this situation is not only for One or two instances...it is the culture

It's like a government job. Everybody's relative get chance to work here. Very baised company.

I was hired for urgent requirement and it is 2 months i don't have any work. Being a non native person, bullying is a part of this company.

Overall the organization is best in class, only area of improvement i would say is recreation at workspace is not as expected by the employees

The worst practice manager wicked minded person believes only 2 people and praises the people who don't even know the basics if they do any mistakes and stand back to them and save them and compares the good working people with the people who are use less
