1. One will get a good implementation project to work and the compensation is fixed, with no variable pay which is good. 2. If lead is good with management, both wife and husband can work in the same project life long and can give a good rating to the wife if a lead is husband vice verse.

Dislikes

1. So many internal politics and less growth. Managers will only listen to leads. They will not care about developers. 2. If one is not a pet to a lead, leads will project all negative to higher managemet though you are talented. One's talent will be suppressed by leads. 3. No Work-life balance, no job security. No professional behavior. 4. Management does not care about MD vision and mission, concentrate on politics. 5. Not even one month notice period. If resource on the bench will be asked to submit resignation. 6. Have limited fixed bid short term projects. Because of tight deadlines, every one will be put under pressure. 7. No proper process to handle hybris projects.

The mangers selected over there are less experienced than the consultants and they do not have idea how to deal with customer and thus end up with re work all the time

I really enjoyed working for this company as you will get lot of opportunity to interact with people from multiple nations. The Main Pro's I feel about this company are Work life balance, Management is good.
