1. So many internal politics and less growth. Managers will only listen to leads. They will not care about developers. 2. If one is not a pet to a lead, leads will project all negative to higher managemet though you are talented. One's talent will be suppressed by leads. 3. No Work-life balance, no job security. No professional behav ior. 4. Management does not care about MD vision and mission, concentrate on politics. 5. Not even one month notice period. The mangers selected over there are less experienced than the consultants and they do not have idea how to deal with customer and thus end up with re work all the time
