The salary is on time, no issues in decision making by management.
Dislikes
The TFI fellows who are merely 25-27 years of age are directly taken as school leaders,vice principals, lead teachers they once take up the senior post and then start running the whole show like a private company in which their favorite mates get all support and rest are only targeted for things which are beyond their control. My experience is very bad with the leadership team they have been constantly supporting immoral causes and very less supportive of the moral causes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
Good work environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. As an administrator I looked multiple things at same time that's made me a multitasker. Coaches are really supportive and gave opportunity to grow, Professionally and personally. The one think I appreciated most that management always ready to help and cares about their ex-employees also.
Salary is decent and on time. But Initially growth little slow..

Working with the students.
Dislikes
1. Long hours of school time (8 am-4:30 PM, where children stay till 4:05 PM and exit duties are conducted post that)
2. No foresight or reliability amongst leadership team. ( Interms of communication, scheduling of any work)
3. Holidays ( confusion between public holidays versus vacation)
4. Lack of hygiene factors ( washroom facilities and drinking water facilities)
People's intention. They are learning to be there. Their intention is to be there.
Dislikes
1. They do both- they say that they value work life balance. But they don't. What they say and what they want are poles apart.
2. They are well trained machines. Well trained and smartly trained. They are not realising that they are loosing people so easily - the people who are giving their heart soul and energy are not so valued as the people who know how to prove their work by copy paste.
