Salary is on time at the every month end. Company is concerned about quality and safety of the work.

Dislikes

Salary scale is not revised yet, employee who have been working in the company for many years. Most of the hard working staffs are not getting the reward what's they deserve. Promotion and the increment of the employee depends on how good relation to the project incharge and higher authorities in company. Company is not providing skill development training to the employees. So learning and skill development in this is limited. You can't expect promotion or good increment on basis of hard work or how good job is done by you. Dirty politics is happened between the employee. Shortage of actual team leaders in the company.

Management is friendly and understanding Full freedom to work on your own Very good for Freshers to learn work Wonderful working environment. Working culture is good.lots of scope for growth.Teammates or seniors are helpful. salary is not bad for a trainee diploma.there are lots of facilities like accommodations,transportation are available.
