The company considers the officer cadre people as pests which doesn't matter to them. Even if you show that you have the calibre and that your boss and colleage accepts it, still the HR will not give you any chance to move up. The agri division is the height of bureaucracy. Only Manager level people would be able to grow provided they have the potential. And the biggest catch here is that the officers & Executive does all the job and manager just sits right in his chair managing their other affairs. What a pity !! Feel dejected and sad for this wonderful organization.
