Technical learning is very good as they had some very good resources in field of network security and endpoint security.

Dislikes

You can be laid off anytime, not safe place who is looking for stability. All engineers got off boarded this way only Terrible work politics from management. Good thing out of it , Pune local team is very supportive.

Likes

There is an open work culture in the company. All the 100+ employees are Bosses of their job responsibility. They are fully empowered to take the best decision they feel like under the vicinity of their job profile. The job satisfaction is so high that the employees would not want to leave unless they get more than 50% hike in their salaries.

Dislikes

The only thing that I dislike is that there is too much of freedom given to the employees. So some of the employees take disadvantage of this situation. There is a blind trust on the employees and that may end up to be dangerous for the company culture.
