ITC comes in major brand in retail industry I was there in apperal division.company gives proper trainings related to sales and fabric and onec you achieve designation you will get all system training like inventory management,cash counter management and overall growth

Its a luxury brand very much focus on customer service..believes in every employee growth, good company to work and learn alot in terms of leadership, descipline, customer hospitality service. Good employee benefits as like incentives, reimbursements, medicals. And very much open for ideas and innovations.

Its not dislike but yes finance and I.T, is very much poor and needs to be better also the thing which needs to improve is communication between the management,all departments as like front end backend.
