Salary and benefits are good and matching the market competition.

Dislikes

Lower increments, HR's involvement for employees posted at CMU'S is very low. Specifically Foods division (Staples) is becoming single person oriented instead of system oriented. Top management is doing everything in their way ignoring the work life balance of employees and trying to cut costs anyhow.

...life work balance due to long shift hrs without any OT. 3.No gussuted holiday. 4 No diwali bonus.

Last 7 years I work with ITC Ltd It's beautiful journey And I learn more skills with my seniors and I am enjoy my work

... india But they are not focusing ground level employees, (salesman, PSR, TL,) These employee salary is very low and company not pay travel allowance and food allowance not providing any type of life insurance accidental insurance etc.

Great work life balance. Company policies are employee friendly and compassionate. Good for learning and knowledge building. Flexible in terms of shifting within departments.

Poor salary compensation. Very slow growth in terms of pay and promotion Somewhat old school and hierarchical way of working
