Slow promotion and growth. Toxic work culture for finance. In marketing you may find peace but in finance lots of politics all around. Desk job is pathetic because of internal drama. But these varies from location to location. South belt is better

Dislikes

Very low pay if compares with peers. In salary revisions shows high drscripency in the case of seniors. Pathetic promotion modes.
