Frequent location change will be there within the state.Please avoid getting married if you are planning to join ITC.ITC work nature suitable for only bachelors.

The people made the company worth staying in the company. Despite the slightly oppressive atmosphere, most people are down-to-earth and ready to help be it professional or personal matters.

Dislikes

While the pay package and set up can lend security, the hierarchy is inflexible, unapproachable and callous. Most standards of operation are old fashioned and there is zero-tolerance to the nuances of human labour, such as new ideas and mistakes.

Great work life balance. Company policies are employee friendly and compassionate. Good for learning and knowledge building. Flexible in terms of shifting within departments.

Poor salary compensation. Very slow growth in terms of pay and promotion Somewhat old school and hierarchical way of working
