Slow promotion and growth. Toxic work culture for finance. In marketing you may find peace but in finance lots of politics all around. Desk job is pathetic because of internal drama. But these varies from location to location. South belt is better

...horrible ( when i am joined ) even lorry driver would earn better pay then me...out of 30 days my salary day is painful day in every month..

Last 7 years I work with ITC Ltd It's beautiful journey And I learn more skills with my seniors and I am enjoy my work

... india But they are not focusing ground level employees, (salesman, PSR, TL,) These employee salary is very low and company not pay travel allowance and food allowance not providing any type of life insurance accidental insurance etc.

... work culture is poor. Preference for only CA's. Experience is not considered. Salary hikes are very low.

Pay revision is very poor. Hikes are only for CA's. Here ruling is British Culture. Overall please don't choose ITC for who wants career growth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
