No medical for dependent parents No salary hike. Each and every promotion would take minimum 3-4 years. No weekends and no holidays. No work life balance.. Usuage of TPM at peaks. Never ever gone for a outing.

Company have bad hierarchical system of IITian, NITian and Non-IITIans or NITs, they pay gap between these 2 categories is being followed like a regime in ITC's all divisions. It is like caste system in British India, very poor to see that a talented employee from 2nd tier college earns the one-third salary than a so-called IITian or NITian those who don't add too much value for company always. It is high time that ITC much changes its culture to reduce hierarchical inferiority in the company.

Low salary growth and bonus. No defined working hours, you have to be available for 24x7. Less responsibilities as an engineer, more non productive responsibilities. Low decision making power. Very slow recruitment process when one resigned, that increases pressure on existing stuff. Less control on bottom employee like operator, fitter.

...hey owe them something and Cost Accountants are treated like a piece of garbage. On an average a CA gets 3 to 4 times the salary of a CMA.
