I don't like working at ITC Infotech. Salary is so low even after working and giving your best, and also getting awards and appreciations, they won't increase your salary and keep it only till 5 LPA for freshers even if you stay here for 4-5 years.

Dislikes

Everything. They never think about employees. They never increase your salary.

ITC Infotech provide small duration project and not provide proper salary benifits and appraisal. And there no any follow agile methodologies.

Dislikes

I am working with ITC Infotech from last 3 years ITC Infotech not provide proper appraisal and there all small duration project and not following agile methodologies.

Job Security is there unless you are a bad resource. They dont remove from project easily to anyone from PM, BA , Developer and QA areas Salary good compared to competitors. Too much onsite opportunity.

Work Life balance is screwed. Abusive work culture. Desi company.
