...projects which they are going to manage on their own. Some perks are as below- Ontime salary. Internet bill reimbursement. ITC product purchase and reimbursement to a certain amount as per your band/role. ITC hotel stay. And many more you will explore.

Dislikes

Just one cons is if you are working for some third party then you will feel disconnected from the organisation.

Likes

Work environment is healthy, with everyone ready to help you if needed, Job security is good provided you know basics of your job. Travel is good atleast within India there are ample opportunities. Politics I haven't faced yet, Learning is good provided you take efforts for the same and are lucky to get that exposure. Work life balance depends entirely on your manager and project.

Dislikes

...areer growth u can think of if u r at middle level or high up in the food chain. Salary and appraisal happen only when u drop u'r papers. Innovation is absolute zero.

Worst ever salary and hike provision... Year after year they keep on defering hikes and when they give, they give peanuts. Few managers are very egoistic although most of them are very good

- Work From Home Options - No Micro management - Salary on time - Reimbursement on broadband charges and ITC products - Job security is relatively better - Work-life balance is very good

Dislikes

- Only 60 days of Bench time - Projects and job role changes frequently - No appraisal communication by managers or HRs - Hike is much much below the market standards - So much manager driven, employees' opinion does not matter or even not considered -Manager's unnecessary monopoly
