I am working on a project with very good collection of people in it. It depends on the project.

In past 3 years my salary has not increased 2000 rupees, even though I am working in a profit-making project with good performance.

Overall rating is good in terms of work life balance but salary is moderate as compared to other MNCs.

Senior people have high chance to get new projects easily as compared to fresher or having 1 project experience.

...t. If you not claims the amount then it will be wasted and directly goes to itc. 5: money will be deducted saying for bonus and returned after a year and helps you saving the tax. But they not return you full amount instead they will deduct the amount and return about 70% of that after 1.5 years. 6. Very less leaves are there total 21 privileged leaves and 5 sick leaves. They will be credited monthly.

They hire you at good package as they get is billed directly to clients with their cut.

...may be short term(if client rejects, then its difficult to get another project) Salary structure is very poor.

It's best company ever I worked till now, Managers and HR are very supportive, salary on time, work Life balance is good, your work is going to be highlighted and awarded, overall super best company.
