In the last 3 months of lockdown I'm getting my full salary without any cut of salary , and also company ask me every month are you good or your family is also well ,even in lockdown I'm getting my yearly bonus that's really good . The Itc company always take there staffing .

In pendamic ITC Fortune hotel did not give anything.

...y they shut down the hotel nd in that time hotel did not give anythng to staff . Food also din't provide to th staff nor salary they give....i heard that all ITC group hotel get there salary in pendamic time but our they din't give us 1 rs also. what is this is a group hotel. or what i dnt like itc fortune

There is nothing to like about this hotel.

...l gesture towards his employees that they can provide small appreciation letter. Haven’t got single salary benefit & hike is my 06 years at ITC Maurya, New Delhi. Lots of political activity going on inside hotel.

1. HR Doesnt care about staff they r same like politician . They speak about you satisfaction and flexibility but end of time they will do.backfire 2.if you want learn then this property is not good you wasting your time . 3. Shortage in Staff there following culture . 4.Dont expect Off on weekly basis . HR Saying as per rule associate has to get off on after 7 days Compulsory .But Stafff Is working 10 to 12 days after again still they r not getting off . HR also Know this issue .but as per this Unconditional formality staff R Very uch Uncomfortable. So Becarefull while working Under this property.

Very good brand to work with, brand standard and process are set, great leadership at Corporate who closely monitor all aspects of the hotels. The owner of the unit is great visionary person I worked with.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
