There is nothing to like about this hotel.

Dislikes

...l gesture towards his employees that they can provide small appreciation letter. Haven’t got single salary benefit & hike is my 06 years at ITC Maurya, New Delhi. Lots of political activity going on inside hotel.

1. HR Doesnt care about staff they r same like politician . They speak about you satisfaction and flexibility but end of time they will do.backfire 2.if you want learn then this property is not good you wasting your time . 3. Shortage in Staff there following culture . 4.Dont expect Off on weekly basis . HR Saying as per rule associate has to get off on after 7 days Compulsory .But Stafff Is working 10 to 12 days after again still they r not getting off . HR also Know this issue .but as per this Unconditional formality staff R Very uch Uncomfortable. So Becarefull while working Under this property.

Very good brand to work with, brand standard and process are set, great leadership at Corporate who closely monitor all aspects of the hotels. The owner of the unit is great visionary person I worked with.

(hotel division) The salary was quite low though it was as per industry standards.. there is zero work life balance.. you slog for 12+ hours daily for peanuts... The appraisal were very disappointing.. Your management focuses only on cost control even at the cost of your pay rise... Overall hotel industry is a big no until and unless there are pay as per working hours applied.. until then they will continue to exploit the manpower
