LOTS OF INTERNAL POLITICS, TOP MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DO THE JUSTICE WITH TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE MANAGERS. TO GROW YOU SHOULD HAVE ANY HIGH RANK MANAGERS SUPPORT.

A huge group having expertise in varied businesses and also working towards the betterment of society along with good compensation.

Culture is bit traditional. Still huge paperwork and stringent towards leaves and multiple hierarchy.

It's a good place to start your career. Lots of opportunity to learn and experience different facets of corporate life.

Dislikes

There's no transparency in appraisal system. People are force fitted into predetermined grades irrespective of the actual performance. It's 6 day working, so very difficult to maintain work life balance. It's full of toxic managers who are encouraged to carry forward that toxicity.
