Culture is bit traditional. Still huge paperwork and stringent towards leaves and multiple hierarchy.

It's a good place to start your career. Lots of opportunity to learn and experience different facets of corporate life.

There's no transparency in appraisal system. People are force fitted into predetermined grades irrespective of the actual performance. It's 6 day working, so very difficult to maintain work life balance. It's full of toxic managers who are encouraged to carry forward that toxicity.
