The owner of this company lacks basic humanity. Highly recommend not to join this organisation.. It's a bunch of traumatizing people. Utterly shocking and disgraceful—this is the only way to describe how this situation was handled. Despite an unavoidable issue that required a mere one-day delay in my joining, I was met with zero flexibility or basic humanity. The lack of understanding, empathy, and professionalism displayed is appalling. It’s hard to believe how an organization can operate with such a disregard for people’s genuine circumstances. This experience has been an utter waste of my time and effort, and it’s clear that this organization values neither. The behavior I’ve encountered here is deeply disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the management and HR team alike. Truly an unprofessional and uncaring group of individuals. They were hiring me for a Senior managerial position and did this unhealthy thing , see what will they do if you are getting hired on lower positions.

Never ever trust their words , they will speak softly until you join and show their real face afterwards. Absolutely unacceptable. When I requested HR to reconsider my genuine concern, the call was abruptly disconnected, and the language used was shockingly unprofessional. This dismissive and disrespectful behavior shows a complete lack of basic decency. Such conduct is appalling and reflects poorly on the organization.
