Nothing is good about the firm but they keep on hiring new people and they keep on leaving the firm after 1 or 2 month so only you get to meet with new people each and every week.

Dislikes

...erson they will hire you for any job role and will make you work for other jobs.They do not share any proper details about salary they do not share pay slip and just they will make you suffer for it. Also the salary is very low for the kind of work they want you to do.

Worst place to work. Totally time waste and they will not provide you training. I just hate IT Scient. I am lucky that I hv understood soon and i left the job. The worst place to work totally time waste

...t month only 2k stipend they will give and they will pressure rise you mentally. After one month they will pay u stipend depending on your performance and without any training how u can perform well so pls don’t opt for this company. Don’t waste your time. I realised it in within one month so I left the job and they did not pay my stipend also. Bhikhari company. Thanks and I hope u will understand my frustration.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
