There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Because only day shifts are there no night and all very good at safety about all the employees 👍

I don't like because of Only iTi employees salary is very low and all degree ,btech, deploma all are getting good salary but why iti employees are getting low salary that is my my only dislike in isuzu

...y well.and my Teammates & TL's are supported as per the management restrictions.There is a Good humanity &honest of our company policies and they give Good salary and bonus every 6 monthy

Quality dept team leader supported me very well and seniors teammates thought me new things whenever there is leisure time. Salary and growth in career in that particular company is difficult to increase. The work environment is very safe and clean.
