The co-founder of the company is least bothered to hear the problem of his employees, lot of politics for no reasons, they don't send the confirmation status of the employees unless asked for, they have removed many staff for very paltry reasons because they want to hear what they want to and no were for open suggestions or discussions. The company is not open for fair working culture, listening to the cries of the employees, just only politics. For small and petty reasons they hold the employees sales incentives unnecessarily.
