Good Team Work, Skills training program excellent, Freedom to express your suggestions and multi culture environment.Travel from home to site and back is excellent.

Dislikes

Local people interference during project stage is a bit threat to other state employees. Man power utilization not in proper manner, North and south Indian politics is an hindering point at career growth.
