Promotes incompetence… Only loyalists get promoted. No skills or experience matter. Hours are long. Not worth making friends with coworkers because they won’t want last long. It is sad and demotivating to not have friends at work I wish we didn’t fire everyone all the time

Nothing!!!! Only thing that makes me happy seeing these truth bombs from employees & management trying to cover it up with positive comments.

No backups or buffers Work life balance is a joke. Won't even let you take a leave. No food & transportation facilities Work pressure, micro management, blames, insults Complete politics only a set of people will get appreciations & promotions. Everybody knows it and no one can control or take action on that. Zero work satisfaction No support or discussion regarding work from team and day 1 you feel like working with snakes Hiring & firing will be common. No job security.

The management places a strong emphasis on continuous learning, providing opportunities that encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and seize them. Management gives high importance to processes and systems which is generally not the case in companies of our size.

Dislikes

I do not dislike anything here so far. Company is going through a significant shift due to which there are some changes which is very important for organization's growth.

My experience was disappointing. The company has a pattern of frequent termination, Often without sufficient notice or justification. Job security feels very fragile and the overall work environment is unstable. If you 'er considering working her, be aware that high turnover rate could leave you constantly worried about your position. Unless location is your top priority , I would advise exploring other opportunities where you can have more confidence i your job security. Existing employees are often unsupportive, as they seem more concerned about protecting their own jobs rather than helping new hires. Top management will not show their profits details. Limited clients escalations on small thing from clients and Team will treat like p1 and insult employees, always. Never think about what client have escalated, The are not capable to maintain customer reply to customer. Fear. Never ever think that to help them, finally they will destroy your life by termination for simple reasons, Because they are not clear about requirement while appointing you. Terminate once they though they no need your role in the project. They will not allocate your work and pass information about project requirements no advise directions from managers.

Most insecured management. If somebody is growing, she will make sure they dont grow and fire them. Because of no clients, hiring and firing is very common. Every alternate month they throw people. There are many useless people in US, but they are not fired. Only people in india are fired. Worst company to work with.
