Yes they don’t respect the employees Managers and project managers play lot of politics, managers just delegates you won’t find them as an individual contributor if you ask any questions or raise concerns against the process you are been targeted to play politics with their would be no KT’s held with respect to the project allocations. They call it as hand holding, spoon feeding and what not.

There's not much to Isobar, looking at how it's under the Dentsu network, people walk into it having lots of expectations, but nothing ever works. I'd say the only thing good about Isobar is those annual International trips they take you to. There's a reason to that too. You got to read between the lines.

No work ethic. The higher management doesn't let you grow as their main agenda is to get more businesses. The Client servicing teams don't have the skills to convince a client, so ideas go for a toss. Toxicity! This is just a start.
