I fill the satisfied ,but electrical equipment needs update ,,it's a old version PLC and SCADA ,CONTACTIOR LOGIC .

Salary package not as per experience of electric field ... Needs improvement in salary structure..

...r management had doing parcelity for appraisal, but honest employee frustrated. No right salary for right candidate, Peoples working long time looking on their personal growth. No control on security ,theft , stores most horrible, as am worked for 2 years ,no system implications. All system adjustment, top management never looking there,

The team mates are good and supportive but there is no support from senior management.

...illing to improve the system. Still using 20th century softwares and no updates. Salary is delayed by almost a month

The employees in the company are friendly and helpful. The plant is a good kick start for career in steel industry.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not up to mark. The juniors join on a salary more than the seniors in plant. Care for the employees is overseen.

1. After completing 1 year in KIRLOSKAR not taking on roll. 2.Full salary is not giving to all apprenticeship workers. 3.Thorve contractor not giving Rs.4000 please take action fast. 4.Improve safety in worksop.
