Environment is good. Timing is also good. Every one is helpful. You will also learn so many things as a fresher. And you will get Prasad and feast some times which is very delicious.

No increment, no promotion, no growth, salary is very low, workload is too much etc.

...d spiritual culture. Teammates are supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies are not good, they doesn't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a politics and the management address our issues. Salary is unsatisfied but career growth is slow.

Good for fresher and for learning salary wise worst not good they pay very less and expect lot and main thing is all the HOD are doing free service they expect you to do the same
