I have been working here as ROR developer more than 5+ years. Management is friendly and supportive. As this is a start up, a growing company always wants its employees to deliver more and more with less time. Personally you may feel bit pressurised, but overall good for our career growth.

Dislikes

Nothing much other than compensation which is a never ending desire of ours, but hopefully as company grows we get growing ourselves(wrt compensation and other benefits). Work pressure is bit high, but i wont consider it as con. In any kind of situtation if we need leave, we can apply and company doesnot bother much if we deliver our work and prove ourselves.
