Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

It's a typical rubbish company.The MD Manish Kumar always chews gutkha and he hurl abuses at his employees. I recon open a kirana shop instead of joining this.

Dislikes

Everything.Paticularly accountant Nirbhay Singh who is an expert on making black money white.During demonetization he helped many tax evaders of Patna.

Since I was the only female employee working over there I never felt insecure. My MANAGER always gave a special insight to girls safety.

Dislikes

The one thing that was problematic for me the distance between my home and the company. And also pay scale was not as per the market value.
