I joined the Ishaan infotech in Mar 2020 and in thr month of Apr 2020 I got a call from HR ( Akshay Joshi & Sanal Pillai ) they said that we can not give you the salary due to covid, your job will continue after the pandemic but not sure it is uncertain. So guys think, if anyone join the company and left his previous job and suddenly pandemic comes then what is the mistake of that guy who recently join your organization and leave his previous faithful job and this so called company ( Ishaan ) silently, indirectly fired the new employee. So guys whoever will join the Ishan kindly read the review about. This is Laala Company overall. Dukaan bnd to paisa bhi nahi milega.

I do not like work in Ishan Group because our boss Chetan maheshbhai bhatt is not perfect boss because he is doing partiality in office... He is taking a favour of his personal person in office and other some employee is also has very rude behaviour...

Dislikes

Some employee like Kajal Parmar is also very rude behaviour and mental person in office she do not talk without anger..and she is very egoistic person in our office...

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
