Salary on time only one thing I liked

1.Those who flatter get promoted and those who work do not get promoted. 2.The North South Hindu Muslim color is very much developed here. People look at each other with a feeling of discrimination. 3.People are unnecessarily harassed to transfer them from one side to another. No person is allowed to stay on one side. 4.Those who flatter their bosses move ahead and the bosses also support them and push them ahead. They leave the rest behind. 5.There is no working environment like that of a multinational company. Like a normal contractor, they are made to work day and night. No overtime is given, no extra leave is given, nor is overtime paid.

Very very bad,since 2009 no promotion,and 14year job complete with Isgec give salary only 23k very very bad culture plant hand told other guys this local man is not going any other company ,plant head is thinking very very bad in this time.

... period, they are required to pay an amount equal to double their basic salary. No Diwali Bonus No proper canteen facility in many units.

In covid situations company didn't deduct salary. Company provide quarter 2BHK to married persons. Alternate shifts also available.

1. Poor planning 2.no value of work, value only name of person who will be super senior. 3. No bonus 4. No kaizen or initior appreciation. 5. No canteen.

There much things to learn except salary and don't expect that you will be treated with dignity there are many bunch of idiots they don't know the human etiquette. Most probably you can say they are not human.

many things, I joined isgec as a fresher. but I never got any enjoy full moments. even right now I work on contract but far happy. I can not bear that pressure again. it was almost against the humanity.
