Early coming and late going is the only key to get success in ISGEC. Job security is very low more than 90% new joined employee left ISGEC within 6 months that's why you will vacant position in this firm every time.

1. Work life balance. There is specific time one needs to work. 2. Work load is such that one can complete job and leave office on time. 3. People here are mixing easily. One can feel that good environment here.

1. Salary is average on delhi NCR. Salary could have been better. 2. There shall be training on technical as well as HR related topic. 3. One good canteen facility is not there.
