Only production based company no Quality so not satisfactory..

1. Production based company. 2 Quality norms was zero only for document. 3. 12 hrs duty and no c-off or sick leave no leave bonus no diwali bonus,and any And working hours 12hour and 30 day of month.

- very political culture. - Not support ing to new employees. - Employees does not have their role clarity. - No basic services to all employees like morning tea, landline service because of poor network availablity at the company premises. - No work life balance. - Promotions / Appraisal are given as political decisions only. No transparency.
