...ss. One of the concerning aspects of this company is its compensation structure. The initial promise of a competitive CTC is overshadowed by the reality of a significant portion being converted into variable pay which is a total scam. This can be misleading for someone expecting a stable income. Additionally, despite promises, my KPIs have been pending for over a year, leaving me uncertain about my performance assessment. The HR Op's department, which is supposed to ensure a healthy work environment, has shown some concerning behavior. The lack of transparency and accountability is evident in delayed communication, ignorance, and unresolved queries. It's especially disheartening to experience such behavior from senior HR personnel. While I won't delve into personal names but IYKYK them, I must emphasize that senior HR representatives should set an example for the team. Unprofessional conduct and poor communication reflect negatively on the company's overall culture and reputation. It's important for HR to be the bridge between management and employees, ensuring fairness and open dialogue. In conclusion, my time at this company has raised serious ethical concerns. A transparent compensation structure and timely performance evaluations are crucial for employee motivation and trust. and One more thing if you counter them or else if you dare to raise voice they will take strict action against you which totally unacceptable. I hope that this review reaches those who are considering joining this company one thing if you want to grow please don't come this company will spoil your career and your personal life they don't have any emotions. One example: if an employee met with an accident, unfortunately, the employee is dead, at that time employee carries an office laptop or anything which belongs to office properties this organization will doesn't pay your pending salaries or compensation to your family member, but with no doubts the organization and HR will ask the penalty for damaging the laptop during the accident to the family. Thinks 1000 times before joining this organization.

Absolutely nothing, only that you will have a job to pay your bills

Probably the worst company in Bhubaneswar. The people from the top management to the last segment of employee are corrupt, filthy and lack the basic knowledge and manners you need to have to work as a team. The owners think that their company is in profit so they can behave as they want with anyone and everyone is replaceable there. There is no respect towards another fellow human. This is a place where a person will develop anxiety and depression as you will always be in the edge. They should grow up and learn to respect people first

Struggling for chair , no internet connection, Struggling for going toilet, no proper management, no salary hike (increment) in a year . You will get your increments after joining of 1.6 years, no one cares for developer. Hr are powerless . Hr are big jokers of the company and have no roles in company

One things I always wanted while working in the private sector is getting paid on time. I have been working with iServeU for almost 3 years now, and I am pretty convinced with the fact that the company does take the financial needs of the financial needs of the employees seriously. There are 3 things, a) Getting paid in accordance to your experience and skills b) Timely distribution of salaries and c) Timely and suitable appraisals, iServeU management gives importance to all of these.
