To be very honest, Nothing.. if you still ask me, i'll say the fix timing

...old one very fine day that we are not satisfied and u may immediately leave. Company lacks professionalism everywhere - in spite of their own term in appointment letter for 1 month salary in case of sudden termination, they didn't pay 1 month salary, just favored me with salary of the days i came for this month :-). Would like to mention one more interesting incident - during the start of corona epidemic i asked my management as a courtesy to pay me less till situation becomes favorable. i was the only person from this company to do so. This was immediately accepted and i started getting ~30% + less salary. After 4-5 months when things settled and company was in good shape, i asked to regain my original salary.. i need to follow-up for 3 months to get my agreed upon salary. In nutshell only those should join who are not getting job anywhere and are in dire need of a job without much expectations.

As a Fresher or a begineer u learn a lot Of things there..Being a Mech Engineer you get in touch with various manufacturing machines lime moulding machines, assembling machines, syringe sealing machines etc. So allover a good organisation for freshers. Work life balance is also good.

Somewhere u have to suffer less salary And long working hours.

The thing which i like at ISL during my working period is Flexibility. I got chances to work in all department like Manufacturing department, Assembly Department, Packaging Department . And i gain knowledge in different-2 department which helping me in my further work and future.
