To be very honest, Nothing.. if you still ask me, i'll say the fix timing

A lot lot many thing, but it wouldn't be good to mention all here. I'll just mention in brief about my 1 year experience as International Business Development n Communication Manager: One should not join any company without proper investigation. During interview i was told all the goodies about it. After joining in such a short span of time 1) i searched n reached to some of the top medical device companies of world and initiated business dialog with their management to name a few - BVI, Medtronic, BD, Boston Scientific, B. Brawn, Lupin, Alcon etc but none of them turned positive in spite of warm welcome and repeated follow-ups. I started feeling low but didn't gave up and 2) turned positive some prestigious international clients like Vygon, Vorotek, IMI, Scotvax, Black n Black Surgicals, a few domestic like Narayana multi-specialty Hospitals etc. In spite of all above and numerous important communications and content made by me for the business development, product promotion, catalogs, letter to various ambassadors etc i was told one very fine day that we are not satisfied and u may immediately leave. Company lacks professionalism everywhere - in spite of their own term in appointment letter for 1 month salary in case of sudden termination, they didn't pay 1 month salary, just favored me with salary of the days i came for this month :-). Would like to mention one more interesting incident - during the start of corona epidemic i asked my management as a courtesy to pay me less till situation becomes favorable. i was the only person from this company to do so. This was immediately accepted and i started getting ~30% + less salary. After 4-5 months when things settled and company was in good shape, i asked to regain my original salary.. i need to follow-up for 3 months to get my agreed upon salary.
