Cheap company politics, especially among managers. Low appraisal, though if we work hard. We can't learn anything in this company. Generally, employees feel job security in product-based companies, but there is no job security in this company.

Worst Top Management and No job Security. Almost 7 Managers from Directors and General Managers level were got terminated within 1 to 3 Months becoz of they are not working fast and not opening up in meeting. Their previous employers r Big MNC. There is no standardised process but still they need everyone to work in structure. If you r not looking fr job security, new learnings and growth. This company is good for you.
