Worst work environment. A lot of politics among the faculty members. Any faculty wanting to do something for the betterment of students the other faculties will feel jealous and start playing politics against that faculty. Strict leave policy and no comp off and OOD was given. All Saturdays are full working days and they don't follow the regular govt holiday calendar. Even when you are sick you are expected to come and take sessions they will doubt that if you are sick. So proper policies are set and it change overnight as well. Highly not recommended to join this institution.

The worst work environment. It is more like joining a politics so much of arguments and advices better to read a novel right. The culture is so suffocating that working in a jail would be better option then working here. Trust me I would have give -1 if possible, don't join this if you really want to save your future. They would rise you off if you are at junior level and coming late at work by 2 minutes, which is really not the way to treat the employees.

Required More Respect & skill exposure for the Management Engineers OR Head project from the Management.

No value for the technically sound professionals & very poor support from the Management for hand holding the project..,

Well connected with employee and employer at ISBR, you can see the excellent future growth in terms of satisfaction, working environment, cleanliness and increment every year as per your performances. You will be lucky if could get a chance for any position.

Dislikes

work-life balance can be manageable but employee should be serious about the assignment given.
